Very ancient type of pasta of Sicilian origin, now widespread throughout Central-Southern Italy. Also called artisan fusilli “or” double-sided fusilli “, due to the particular twisted shape, they go perfectly with sauces and ingredients of the Mediterranean tradition.

Ingredients:  Corn flour (90%), rice flour (10%), water.
