The oil is produced exclusively in the Falezze area from 100% Grignano olives, a native variety that resists the cold but has a very low yield. The oil is like no other, and is guaranteed at every step, from harvesting, entirely by hand, to the bottle. The oil has a golden yellow hue: the nose has hints of aromatic scents, primarily of common balm with its unmistakable lemon-like scent, but also of sage, wild fennel, walnut leaves and dry hay. Supple on the palate, it has a subtle spiciness and a hint of citrus. The beautiful, elegant bottle is adorned with a unique label created on aluminium foil by the artist Sofia Kherkeladze.
