Online purchases are generally processed Monday through to Sunday and dispatched Monday through to Friday. Products in stock at the e-Boutique will be shipped the next business day after an order is placed online. We ship directly from our Retail/Wholesale boutique Mt Eliza. We will inform you if we are not able to fulfill your order.
For delivery via mail we use Australia Post and should you require a courier service please call or email us. You can also pick up your order by clicking ‘local pick up’ from our boutique location at Mt Eliza. We will contact you when your order is ready to be collected.
Delivery of your products
Please ensure to enter your correct delivery address accurately and completely, as we will not take responsibility for any deliveries which are lost as a result of incomplete or incorrect details due to incompetency or mistakes.
We choose Australia Post to deliver our Products in optimal condition, especially for Orders of wine and other glass packaged Products. Please note we do not deliver to a Post Office Box number as a signature is required for acceptance and identifying you are the person who placed the order. If you require a courier, please call or email us to organise.
For demanding periods such as Christmas and Easter, delivery may take up to 7 working days from the date your payment is processed, we cannot guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. Please note your patience is really appreciated during these busy periods.
