Produced with Tuscan durum wheat semolina and handcrafted, distinguished by the wonderful aroma, given off during cooking, given by the Sicilian lemon, black pepper, and wheat germ.
They are ideal to combine with simple fish-based condiments, white meats, crustaceans and molluscs.
They can be mixed with linguine with garlic and basil, squid ink, chilli pepper… having the same cooking minutes (5/6 minutes), for a more colorful and flavourful dish!
