Made with respect for tradition, starting with the peeling of fresh lemons done by hand. The skins are left to macerate for about 4 days in pure alcohol, the liquid then rests for about 20 days and only then is the syrup added to obtain the final product. Mediterranean flavor, it is a delicate and fragrant liqueur to be enjoyed preferably frozen.
