Piroci , the red wine that more than any other represents the ancient aromas and scents of the C osta Dei Gelsomini. Its name is also a reminder of the territory, of the traditions, of the Calabrian culture and of the childhood of those who produced it with love because ” piroci ” is in the local dialect ” trottola “, the wooden one, the game of the past by the producer Mariolina Bachelors.

Obtained purely from grapes of the native Nerello Calabrese variety coming from a  centenary ungrafted vineyard , hand-harvested between the end of September and the beginning of October, cultivated organically . It has an intense garnet color, ruby ​​red with purple and plum shades. Rich, warm, ripe, structured and persistent, with notes of ripe fruit, a spicy finish and high-quality tannins.
