Obtained in purity from grapes of the autochthonous variety of Nerello Calabrese  from centenary ungrafted vineyards , harvested by hand between the end of September and the beginning of October, grown organically . It has an intense garnet color, ruby ​​red with purple and plum shades. Rich, warm, ripe, structured and persistent, with notes of ripe fruit, with a spicy finish and high-quality tannins.
