Wild Mushroom Pasta
INGREDIENTS
2 serves
- 100g pasta natura tagliatelle tartufo (truffle) pasta
- Generous splash of truffle oil
- 1/2 shallot or 1 large stem of celery finely chopped
- 250g wild mushrooms, sliced
- Salt
- 30ml dry white wine
- 1 garlic cloves, pressed or finely chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme (1/2 teaspoon dried thyme)
- Pinch black pepper
- 25g Salted butter
- ½ cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
