Biagi Fine Italian Wines from Abruzzo Italy this DOC wine comes from grapes that are collected in boxes and placed in cold storage for 48 hours, are then softly pressed and immediately protected from oxidation, thanks to the addition of carbon dioxide. The perfume presents an aromatic kit particularly rich and complex with notes of cedar, orange blossom and ripe apricot. The taste is intense, the palate gives an original freshness and a sophisticated flavor, the finish is pleasantly dry. Coupled to delicate and risotto starters saffron, chicken curry, and fresh cheeses.
