The patient work of the company has allowed the recent rediscovery and enhancement of this great vine; in the glass a nice concentration of aromas, among which exotic hints of pineapple and peach stand out, a right amount of alcohol and a notable acid component make it a long-lived, fresh and balanced wine.

Pairings

It goes very well with light dishes, perhaps with some delicate cured meats such as sweet raw ham or with slightly seasoned cheese. It goes well with seafood dishes: it is impossible not to mention the mosciolo di Portonovo, a Slow Food presidium and pride of the Conero Riviera.
